Who is Kirsten Hersh?
Just call me Red. Whether that has to do with my hair or the pen in my hand, well that’s for you to decide. And how I do love that red pen; it’s been a faithful companion as I correct my way through many a written work.
I am working my way through a B.A. in English/Professional Writing at Southern Oregon University, but like Ryan and Andrew, I am a Duck at heart. From here, on to graduate school! You should know, I’m a glutton for education. I have considered becoming a career student.
When I’m not buried nose first in a great book, which isn’t often, I am most regularly found improving my meager racquetball skills or embracing my secret redneck alter-ego who gets a kick out of cigars, hunting, fishing, beer, and camping. Or enjoying a great Duck football game, because as we all know, it never rains at Autzen Stadium. (For those of you who don’t know, it rains quite frequently in Eugene. Of the 8 or so home games I’ve been to in the last 10 years, it has rained on me 4 times. So either I have rotten luck, or Autzen isn’t immune to the rain….)
